TLDR: Pricing is equal to the other cheaper warehouses, quality is good, but most of all the customer service was awesome. Delivery and installation all looked after for us too. Highly recommend! Unfortunately because we went to this one first, we were then disappointed with every other one we went to in terms of service and what was offered. In the end we went back to Carlisle and the owner was happy to work with us and negotiate a fair deal for both of us for a recliner set we wanted. He was kind and flexible the entire time, and also organised delivery quickly and the delivery guy was also super nice and was happy to set up and move around the furniture until it was perfect for us. Purchased the Bradford dual motor leather recliner for mum to use in her aged care room. I had many questions before purchase and staff were extremely helpful and answered them all. The chair was ordered and lucky to be delivered within 7 days. The courier service was excellent, they kept me up to date at all times and set the chair up for mum in her room. The chair is beautifully crafted, not too big for her room, extremely comfortable and easy for her to use. Mum is 5ft for reference.
