He doesn’t push you to buy things, doesn’t hover over your shoulders, but is always happy to greet you, come over and help you choose things, and offer his expertise. We came into the store without an appointment and were given a masterclass on how a business should be run. With his presence, I felt very comfortable about the quality of the products I would get as well as their prices. We ended up stuffing half the house with furniture from this store. It took us 30 minutes to reach the store, but I’d be comfortable shopping online from now on, knowing this is a store I can trust.
