Thank you for visiting and shopping at Carlisle Furniture & Bedding. The following information sets out the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Processing your Order
An email confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.
Shipment Processing Time
Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping. After your payment is authorised and verified, all orders are processed within specific time frame. We will take 1-2 days to handle the product if available. We will contact you for some reason if there are any delays or product is not available. Dependent on location delivery will be between 4-7 business days.
Shipment Locations:
we ship Victoria wide only at this stage. we are unable to deliver to P.O.Box address or Parcel Locker
Shipment rates and delivery estimates
We endeavor to get your order to you as soon as possible. Once your order is placed, an estimated delivery time will be provided to you. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order.
Tracking Options
Carlisle Furniture & Bedding aims to provide visibility and transparency throughout the shipment process. Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive a link to track your package. Delivery driver will also contact you on provided phone/mobile number on the day of delivery. Please keep your phone visible and handy.
Damages
Please check the item thoroughly before taking it home or else we will not be responsible for any later damage .If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at info@carlislefurnitureandbedding.au or call us on 0420756001.
Pickup Policy:
- Pickup service is free of cost.
- We will take 3 to 4 business days to handle the product and make it available to pick up for customer from our warehouse.
- Please check the item thoroughly before taking it home or else we will not be responsible for any later damage.
- We are not liable to provide any mode of transportation or whatsoever upon pickup.
- Please bring extra hand to load the items as we are unable to assist for loading the items due to OHS.
