Anyone looking at the reviews to see if these guys are worth their 5 star rating – simply put yes. TLDR: Pricing is equal to the other cheaper warehouses, quality is good, but most of all the customer service was awesome. Delivery and installation all looked after for us too. Highly recommend! My experience – My fiance and I drove around too many furniture, stores and outlets, starting with this one. Unfortunately because we went to this one first, we were then disappointed with every other one we went to in terms of service and what was offered. In the end we went back to Carlisle and the owner was happy to work with us and negotiate a fair deal for both of us for a recliner set we wanted. He was kind and flexible the entire time, and also organised delivery quickly and the delivery guy was also super nice and was happy to set up and move around the furniture until it was perfect for us. Customer service goes a long way, and these guys have it in droves. Refreshing to see in 2026. Safe to say we’ll be coming back. Thanks again!
